Why everyone keeps coming back.

BIG E'S TERIYAKI & BURGERS is a vibrant culinary gem nestled in the heart of Rosemead, CA, seamlessly blending American comfort food with Asian fusion flair. Specializing in hearty hamburgers, succulent teriyaki dishes, and crispy chicken offerings, this fast-casual spot invites diners to indulge in a unique fusion of flavors that cater to diverse palates.

Their menu is a celebration of bold, satisfying tastes and generous portions. Standouts include the Beef Bowl, served over steamed white or brown rice with Big E's signature teriyaki sauce, accompanied by your choice of pickled cabbage, macaroni salad, or potato salad—a comforting balance of savory and tangy textures. Seafood lovers will appreciate the Salmon or Shrimp Bowls, which echo the same rich teriyaki glaze, delivering a fresh yet indulgent experience.

If you're craving handheld delights, their sandwiches are not to be missed. The Buffalo Ranch Sandwich combines crispy deep-fried chicken with a spicy buffalo kick, mellowed by ranch dressing, mayo, and fresh lettuce and tomato—a harmonious blend of heat and creaminess. Meanwhile, the Grilled Teriyaki Beef Sandwich and Teriyaki Grilled Chicken Sandwich offer smoky, glazed satisfaction with every bite.

For comfort food aficionados, the crispy Tenders served with fries and your choice of bottled water or refreshing Arizona tea hit the spot perfectly—whether you opt for the two or three-piece portion, these tenders deliver crispness coupled with juicy tenderness.

The atmosphere at BIG E'S TERIYAKI & BURGERS caters to casual, no-fuss dining where the focus is squarely on flavorful, homemade dishes crafted with care. This is a place where the scent of grilled meat and sweet teriyaki sauce fills the air, setting the scene for a hearty, unpretentious meal that satisfies both hunger and the soul.

Customers rave about the robust flavors and generous servings. One fan from Texas described it as “simply amazing,” praising the “tons of meat and healthy sides,” while a local foodie highlighted the indulgent Nash Fries, a decadent plate featuring crispy chicken topped with chorizo spice, buffalo sauce, and creamy burger spread—a bold flavor party in every bite. While minor hiccups like incomplete orders and soda fountain issues have been noted, the overall sentiment reflects a strong appreciation for the quality and variety offered.

Whether you’re in the mood for a quick, flavorful bowl, a juicy burger, or crispy chicken tenders, BIG E'S TERIYAKI & BURGERS promises a satisfying, flavorful experience that effortlessly marries the best of American and Asian culinary traditions in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Big E’s is a solid spot for casual comfort food with a focus on teriyaki and homemade flavors. From burgers to bowls, they offer a little something for everyone. One of their popular dishes, the Nash Fries, features crispy fried chicken topped with chorizo spice, buffalo sauce, teriyaki, and burger spread—an indulgent mix of bold flavors. House-made Teriyaki sauce is great! Protein options are chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, and chicken breast. The fried chicken stands out, pairing well with their house-made sauces. The grilled shrimp skewers are . Ya just gotta try! The sides are homemade—creamy mac and potato salads bring richness, while tsukemono (pickled cabbage) provides a tangy contrast that balances the sweetness of the teriyaki. The well-prepared potatoes round out the meal with a satisfying bite. The staff is friendly, parking is easy, and the prices are great for the portions. If you’re looking for a healthier option, they offer protein bowls with white rice, pickled cabbage, and avocado for a balanced meal. Next time I’ll have to try the burger and some menu items.

It was pretty good, just they the chicken Chinese salad needed a bit more flavoring as far as the chicken itself needed to have more seasonings on it. Other than that it was a pretty ok experience inside and out take-out.

The best teriyaki in the SGV, my $.02 Big E is the kindest dude and he and his team provide a great customer experience. Check out the dbl cheese burger for $3.99. When I asked why it cost less than the single cheeseburger? Big E just wants to hooks folks up! The chicken teriyaki is amazing as is the sauce and salad sides.

Super good. Like Ono Hawaiian BBQ on steroids, because it's not just chicken or beef with rice and sides, but also burgers, fries, shrimp and salmon. I'll definitely be back, and I think I'll try out those Nash fries to see what that's like.
